What is EP and what does it do for the skin?
EP stands for Electroporation. It’s a non-invasive technology that temporarily opens micro-channels in the skin, allowing active ingredients (like serums and peptides) to penetrate more deeply and effectively.
This enhances absorption of skincare products and improves:
- Skin hydration
- Nutrient delivery
- Brightness and overall skin texture
What is EMS and how does it benefit the skin?
EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It uses low-level electrical pulses to gently stimulate the facial muscles, promoting:
- Improved muscle tone and facial contour
- Enhanced circulation
- A firmer, more lifted appearance
EMS technology is popular in professional facial treatments and now safely available for at-home use.
Can I use the device with my regular skincare products?
Yes! Our device works best when paired with water-based or gel-like skincare products.
We recommend using it with:
- Serums or ampoules rich in active ingredients (like hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamin C)
- Conductive gels or sheet masks designed for use with facial tools
Avoid using oil-based products during EMS or EP modes, as they may reduce conductivity and effectiveness.
Is it safe to use with sensitive skin or if I’ve had fillers or Botox?
Generally, EMS and EP are non-invasive and safe for most skin types. However:
- If your skin tends to be sensitive, we recommend starting with the lowest intensity setting and using the device just a couple of times per week to begin with — this lets your skin ease into the experience.
- If you've recently had Botox or dermal fillers, wait 2–3 weeks before using EMS mode.
Always listen to your skin and adjust usage as needed.
Do I need special skincare products to get results?
While you can use your current products, results improve when paired with high-quality serums or gels formulated for device use. We’ll be launching our own skincare line soon — specially formulated to complement our technology.
